The reliance on a consumer tablet and components from multiple suppliers led to high costs, complex logistics, and inconsistent performance. With NEXA, VaxCare deployed an enterprise-grade device ecosystem featuring an in-clinic Hub and portable Mobile Hub to streamline and simplify vaccine management across all care settings.

NEXA and VaxCare engineered a medical-grade device with an integrated downward-facing camera and 2D scanner for accurate in-clinic vaccine tracking, along with a handheld unit for seamless mobile and offsite data capture.
Effortless Setup:
Through Zero-Touch enrollment, VaxCare could install all applications and security profiles automatically. As soon as the devices connected to Wi-Fi, they are ready for immediate use, eliminating manual setup delays.
Streamlined Device Management:
VaxCare deployed a centrally managed mobility platform powered by NEXA and Android Enterprise, leveraging Mambo EMM to reduce monthly MDM fees, automate device provisioning, and enhance real-time vaccine tracking.
