Challenge
Traditional senior-care monitoring relied heavily on manual tracking and reactive intervention. Without real-time insight into Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), caregivers struggled to detect early health changes; this led to delayed support, increased fall risk, and higher hospitalization rates.
Solution
NEXA created the Tempo wearable for CarePredict, integrating it with AI to monitor residents, alerts for caregivers, two-way voice communication, and fall alerts, reducing hospital visits and enhancing senior care.

The device offers two-way voice communication for real-time caregiver interaction and includes a panic button for urgent assistance. Automated alerts keep caregivers informed, enabling timely interventions.
